CODA c-Planning extends the powerful, secure, two-way integration between CODA products and Excel to deliver a highly intuitive, rapidly implemented, fully integrated budgeting and planning tool. Building upon the standard facilities of CODA s-Planning, it applies CODA-Control collaborative process management tools. This delivers an enhanced solution with automated process control, which takes away the sheer drudgery from the preparation, coordination and completion of recurring budget cycles.

Easy budget design and seeding, eliminating the need to re-key or cut & paste.
With the simple drag-and-drop tools, you can quickly create re-useable templates for baseline budget packs, populated with current year data and forecasts from CODA-Financials for comparison purposes.

Publication of budgets for authorization and upload back into CODA-Financials.
Once prepared, the budget workbooks (including any guidance notes you want to incorporate) can be published quickly and easily to each participant in the process for agreement/adjustment and authorization. Intermediate and final versions of the budgets can then be fed back into CODA-Financials and reported on, as required.

The ability to automate and coordinate the whole authorization process.
CODA c-Planning offers the additional option of publishing the budgets as a CODA-Control Manager website and tasks. This interface with our CODA-Control process management solution makes the entire budgeting cycle more collaborative, efficient, controlled and auditable:
